The Concept
Sabor’s aim is to take you on a journey ‘from the tapas bars of Andalucía through to the asadors of Castile and the seafood restaurants of Galicia’ and is highly successful at this. The menu, divided into starters, seafood, meat and vegetarian dishes, reflects the diverse traditions and styles of cooking of each region; from the octopus often found in Galicia to the meatier, more Castilian side of the menu, every dish is not only delicious but a lesson in Spanish cooking.
